Continuing Education Provider for the California Partnership for Long Term Care (RFP #11-88313)

The Department of Health Care Services, Office of Medi-Cal Procurement (OMCP), is developing an email list of Individuals or Firms interested in receiving information about the upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a Continuing Education Provider for the California Partnership for Long Term Care.

Individuals or Firms that would like to receive email information regarding the RFP and subsequent notices related to this procurement should complete the form, entitled “Request for Inclusion on Distribution List”.  Please download this form from the table below and submit the completed, signed form via email to omcprfp6@dhcs.ca.gov or by FAX to OMCP at (916) 440-7369, Attn: Lisa J.
