Printing Instructions

Instructions to print a brochure on 8.5” x 11” (letter) size paper.  (Please note, the image may seem smaller as it is being reduced from a larger image, originally 8.5” x 14”, to fit on 8.5” x 11” size paper.)

1. Click on one of the links and open the brochure PDF file
2. On the File menu, click Print
3. In the Print section, click on the tab Properties
4. Select the tab Printing Shortcuts
5. For Paper Size, select letter for 8.5” x 11” size paper
6. Click OK to save the selection and exit Properties
7. For Page Scaling, select Shrink to Printable Area
8. Click OK to print

Instructions to print a brochure on 8.5” x 14” (legal) size paper.  (Please note, the image will print in the original size created as an 8.5” x 14” image.) 

1. Click on one of the links and open the brochure PDF file
2. On the File menu, click Print
3. In the Print section, click on the tab Properties
4. Select the tab Printing Shortcuts
5. For Paper Size, select legal for 8.5” x 14” size paper
6. Click OK to save the selection and exit Properties
7. Click OK to print
