Gift To Agency Reports (FPPC Form 801)

FPPC Regulation 18944.2, adopted by the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC), requires government agencies to disclose gifts received through the use of FPPC Form 801. This form must be filed and posted on the agency’s website within 30 days from the date the gift is received by the agency.
