Medi-Cal Managed Care Enrollment Reports

This report is a one page summary of the enrollment data from the Monthly Managed Care Capitation Report. The data shown on this report differs from the data shown on the Health Care Options (HCO) Monthly Enrollment Report because the reports are generated at different times. In addition, the Medi-Cal Managed Care Enrollment Report includes County Organized Health Systems (COHS) enrollment data, where the report generated by HCO does not include COHS data.
