  Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) submits this report on the outcomes achieved to date with the Medi-Cal Managed Care Personalized Provider Directory (PPD) two-year pilot project in Sacramento and Los Angeles Counties. 
   
• Mandatory Enrollment of Seniors and Persons with Disabilities (SPD) into Managed Care    
  These are the DHCS semi-annual reports to the Legislature that provides details of the activities undertaken with respect to the identification, notification, education, and enrollment of SPDs into the Medi-Cal managed care program.    
   
• Medi-Cal Managed Care Program Quarterly Reports      
  These are the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) quarterly reports to the Legislature on the activities DHCS has, or is taking, to improve the Medi-Cal Managed Care Program and to expand into new counties.
