EADME DOCUMENTATION FOR Medi-Cal-Related Children Eligibles Pivot Table

This file was prepared using the most recent Medi-Cal Eligibles Extract File 
(MMEF), which contributed the counts for the last twelve months for this file.
All other months in the file have a twelve month lag and were created from 
multiple past MMEFs.  It is only available on the Internet in the form of 
an Excel Pivot Table.  For users without a recent version of Excel that 
recognizes Pivot Tables, a comparable ASCII, column-delimited file can be 
provided by request.

The file is compressed (or zipped) into a self-extracting file. 
To decompress (or unzip) simply double-click (using your mouse)
on the ".exe" filename, the "WinZip Self-Extractor" dialog box will appear,
select the location of where to decompress (unzip) the file to (where you want 
the Excel file to reside), and select the Unzip button. Once the file is 
decompressed (unzipped) a confirmation dialog box will appear, at this point,
select the "OK" button and then close the "WinZip Self-Extractor" dialog box.
