For a 56K modem connection, it takes about 5 minutes to download a 1 meg file.
* Special Aid Codes files. The Medi-Medi file includes 80, 8A, 8C, and 8D (Medicare related). The Other Children file includes 7X, 7Y, 8X, and 8Y (Healthy Families & CHDP).
