Welcome to the updated Research and Analytic Studies Section (RASS) website. RASS restructured the website to highlight the Section’s new name and mission, to enhance the available content, and to validate that all presented content meets privacy and security regulations. RASS is continually focused on promoting additional enhanced content to the website.
The mission of the Research and Analytical Studies Section (RASS) is to develop objective information and undertake analytical studies that assist the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) in achieving its mission and goals (About RASS).
This website represents the full extent of data, information, and reports provided by RASS.
RASS does not accept any ad hoc requests. Researchers seeking confidential data sets for research or public health purposes should contact the DHCS Data and Research Committee.
