County Use

Counties have entered into a Medi-Cal Data Privacy and Security Agreement with the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to ensure the privacy and security of Medi-Cal Personally Identifiable Information. It is important for Counties to work collaboratively with the DHCS Privacy Office to ensure Medi-Cal members’ PHI and PII are safeguarded.
