Administrator Compensation for California Long Term Care Facilities

In accordance with the applicable federal and state laws, the Department conducted a long term care administrator compensation survey for the purpose of determining reasonable compensation of facility administrators in California.  Based on the data collected from the survey, the Department developed compensation range tables for the purpose of evaluating facility administrator compensation during audits of those facilities.
