The following is the Department of Health Care Services’ 2012 Legislative Summary report. This report provides a summary of chaptered and vetoed legislation for all significant bills the Department analyzed and lobbied during the second year of the 2011-2012 legislative session. This report does not represent a complete listing of bills the Department followed, nor bills that did not make it to the Governor’s desk.
