Update from DHCS - A&I: Government Funded Grants 

During the Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) cost report training, Department of Health Care Services –Audits and Investigations (A&I) took the position that government funded grants will be offset or abated against the corresponding costs.

After further research and review, effective immediately, A&I will no longer take the position that these grants are to be offset/abated against the corresponding costs in the annual ADHC cost report.
