San Diego County Geographic Managed Care Request for Application

The California Department of Health Services, Medi-Cal Managed Care Division has initiated an open application period for any health care plans interested in applying to participate in the existing San Diego County Geographic Managed Care (GMC) program.  Health care service plans who are interested in participating in the Request for Application (RFA) process will be required to submit a Letter of Intent on plan letterhead.  The San Diego County commencement of contract operations is tentatively scheduled for January 1, 2009.
