Specialty Mental Health Services for CalMEND (RFP #08-85115) Home Page

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified proposers whose organizations are able to provide expert behavioral health care/specialty mental health services to the California Mental Health Care Management Program (CalMEND) for an expected three-year period, September 1, 2008, through August 31, 2011, with two optional extension years, ending August 31, 2013.  DHCS intends to make a single contract award to the most responsive and responsible organization submitting a response to the RFP.
