Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation Recovery Program (PIWCRP) RFP #15-92322

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Third Party Liability and Recovery Division (TPLRD), is releasing Request for Proposal (RFP) 15-92322 to solicit proposals from interested parties regarding the Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Program (PIWCRP).  The PIWCRP is seeking a firm(s) that can provide DHCS the desired services related to Medi-Cal recoveries for healthcare costs incurred from casualty insurance claims filed with insurance carriers.  Please carefully review the Cover Letter and RFP for additional information concerning this release.

(12/06/2016)  As a result of a technical issue at the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website involving this project, OMCP has been upable to post Administrative Bulletin 2 (Q/A), issued on 12/01/2016, to the California State Contracts Register at that site.  It is being made available on this website for your convenience.  Click here to view and/or download the bulletin.

(12/01/2016)  The Office of Medi-Cal Procurement (OMCP) announces the release of Administrative Bulletin 2 for the Request for Proposal for the Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Recovery Program (PIWCRP) RFP #15-92322.  This bulletin includes official answers to questions submitted by potential proposers.  As with the previous RFP release, the bulletin/addendum is posted on the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal webiste.  You may use the "RFP Navigation and Download Instructions" from the table below for assistance in accessing the bulletin/addendum.

(11/22/2016)  The Office of Medi-Cal Procurement (OMCP) announces the release of Administrative Bulletin 1, Addendum 1 to the Request for Proposal for the Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Recovery Program (PIWCRP) RFP #15-92322.  As with the previous RFP release, the bulletin/addendum is posted on the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal webiste.  You may use the "RFP Navigation and Download Instructions" from the table below for assistance in accessing the bulletin/addendum.  Please follow the directions in the cover letter to properly re-assemble your RFP with the revised pages.

(11/01/2016)  The Office of Medi-Cal Procurement (OMCP) announces the release of the FINAL Request for Proposal for the Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Recovery Program (PIWCRP) RFP #15-92322.  

IMPORTANT: This RFP release has been made to the California State Contracts Register (CSCR) using the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website.  Please use the instructions in the linked document below to navigate to and download the RFP.  As noted on the OMCP home page, it is highly recommended that all vendors wishing to contract with the State of California be registered in the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal system as it is the official location for RFP/IFB releases as this system continues to be implemented.  This will also allow you to receive automatic notifications as when contracting opportunities are posted for business categories you have designated as part of your registration.
