Medi-Cal Managed Care (MMC) is pleased to announce new enrollment and disenrollment options when calling Health Care Options, the enrollment broker for MMC.

Medi-Cal beneficiaries can call Health Care Options at (800) 430-4263 to:

• Join a Managed Care Plan
• Switch their Managed Care Plan   NEW!
• Change from a Managed Care Plan to Regular Medi-Cal (if eligibility permits)   NEW!

Health Care Options can be reached by calling 1-800-430-4263, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
