Chief, Long Term Care Division
Are you the type of person who can supervise, develop, implement, manage, and evaluate innovative long-term care programs that integrate service delivery and consolidate funding sources?
Can you fosters internal collaboration and partnership within various divisions, as well as provide expert policy guidance to
the Administration? If so, you may be the person the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is searching for to be our Long-Term Care Division Chief.
DHCS is looking for a person who will be the public face of the long term care programs for the Department.
This role will also require:
1. Collaborating with other state departments to coordinate long-term care strategic policy planning
2. Acting as a liaison between the Department and the public and private sector in developing collaborative partnerships to support a broader range of long-term care financing and service delivery options throughout the State
3. Facilitating philanthropic involvement to foster these innovations.
