Current Annual Exam Plan

The Annual Exam Plan for the Department of Health Care Services is prepared by the Human Resources Branch, Selection and Certification Unit.  Classifications are selected for testing each fiscal year based on input from departmental management. 

It is important to note that this is a working document and changes occur frequently.  It is anticipated that bulletins announcing testing will be released during the quarter identified for each classification being tested.  Bulletins announcing open testing can be viewed at www.dhcs.ca.gov/services/admin/jobs/Pages/OpenExams.aspx .  Bulletins announcing promotional testing can be viewed at www.dhcs.ca.gov/services/admin/jobs/Pages/PromotionalExams.aspx .  Updates to the Annual Exam Plan are posted quarterly (July, October, January, April).
