The year 2008 Average Daily Private Pay Rate (ADPPR) for nursing facility care has increased to $210. Please remember that while the year 2008 ADPPR for nursing facility care is $210, the minimum Daily Benefit, for Partnership policies that can be sold in California for calendar year 2008 is $150 (70% of $210) with a $105 (70%) Residential Care and Assisted Living benefit.
