What's New?
For Consumers:
Direct Marketing Campaign
The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), California Partnership for Long-Term Care is carrying out a direct marketing campaign to alert Californians on the need to plan ahead for their future long-term care and to consider private long-term care insurance as a way to fund that care. Please click on this link to read additional information on the direct marketing campaign.
For Agents:
Policy Stacking
The issue of long-term care insurance Policy Stacking continues to persist as agents are approached by consumers/clients about supplementing the coverage of an existing, but obviously deficient, Non-Partnership policy with a Partnership policy. In short, policy stacking IS NOT ALLOWED. Please click on this Policy Stacking link to read more on the subject.
