Field Poll/Press Release

The California Partnership commissioned a Field Poll showing that public awareness about Long Term Care issues is increasing, yet preparedness is declining.  Read the press release of 9/20/2011.

Direct Marketing Campaign

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), California Partnership for Long-Term Care is carrying out a direct marketing campaign to alert Californians on the need to plan ahead for their future long-term care and to consider private long-term care insurance as a way to fund that care. For Agents:

Materials Order Form

The Partnership is once again able to make the Partnership marketing materails (brochures, videos, etc.) available for agents to purchase. However, there has been one significant change to the ordering process, that is, the materials will no longer be available for order in an open format. Instead, materials will now be avilable in four different packages. These are 1) the Stimuls package, 2) Silver package, 3) Gold package and 4) Premium package. Policy Stacking

The issue of long-term care insurance Policy Stacking continues to persist as agents are approached by consumers/clients about supplementing the coverage of an existing, but obviously deficient, Non-Partnership policy with a Partnership policy. In short, policy stacking IS NOT ALLOWED.  Taking Care of Tomorrow

The "Taking Care of Tomorrow" publication is the exclusive property of the State of California and the California Department of Aging with all rights reserved. The California Department of Aging grants permission to members of the general public to download Taking Care of Tomorrow for personal use.

The California Department of Aging also grants conditional permission to long-term care insurance companies, agents, brokers and other corporate/business entities to download a professional high-resolution version of Taking Care of Tomorrow.
