The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) sent a Notice of Reduction of Medi-Cal Benefits to Medi-Cal beneficiaries to inform them of changes to the law contained in Welfare and Institutions Code section 14131.10. Starting July 1, 2009, Medi-Cal no longer pays for some benefits.
