Health-e-App Resources

These resources are dedicated to helping California's Enrollment Entities, Certified Application Assistants, Eligibility Workers, and Counties use Health-e-App, the online application for Healthy Families and Medi-Cal for Children. 

Health-e-App is the new, easy-to-use, and streamlined way to submit health benefit applications for children. Using this electronic alternative to the traditional paper Medi-Cal and Healthy Families application, Certified Application Assistants (CAAs) can now submit applications for these programs quickly and easily over the Internet.
