The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) provides county public social services agencies with All County Welfare Directors Letters (ACWDLs) and Medi-Cal Eligibility Division Information Letters (MEDILs) regarding new or changed policies and/or procedures used in determining eligibility for Medi-Cal benefits.
