If you think this program would benefit your family, talk to your Doctor or Nurse Specialist today. Your child’s doctor will provide information about your child’s medical condition to the County CCS office. The CCS office will determine if your child is eligible and contact you with more details and to set up a meeting to talk about enrollment.
