Public Notices for 2019 Proposed State Plan Amendments

These proposed State Plan Amendments (SPAs) would change statewide methods and standards for Medicaid payment rates. All of these SPAs require a Public Notice prior to submission to CMS. 
 
All 2019 Public Notice announcements will be published on this webpage when they are available. Once these SPAs are submitted to or approved by CMS they are also posted in the pending or approved SPAs pages. 
 
  • 19-0001 Public Notice Proposes to provide Health Homes Program (HHP) services for members with physical health/substance use disorder chronic conditions for Group 3 counties. (Released April 8, 2019)

  • 19-0020 Public Notice Proposes to continue the time-limited Quality Assurance Fee program and reimbursement add-on for Ground Emergency Medical Transports provided by emergency medical transport providers for the service period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. (Relesed April 16, 2019)
