1. Update your contact information
   Make sure Medi-Cal has your current name, mailing address, phone number, email address, or other contact information. This way, counties can contact you about your Medi-Cal. Find your local county office, or call the Medi-Cal Member Helpline at (800) 541-5555.
2. Log into your online account
   Make sure your Covered California, BenefitsCal, or MyBenefitsCalWIN account has your current contact information.
