PAVE Release 3.0 Training
Thank you for your continued interest and support of the Department of Health Care Services’ (DHCS) Provider Application and Validation for Enrollment (PAVE) system, our automated, online solution for enrolling fee-for-service Medi-Cal providers. DHCS has worked diligently to finalize the development of PAVE 3.0 which was implemented on September 4, 2018.
PAVE improves the way you do business with PED. PAVE includes a secure web-based provider portal that offers guided preparation, context-based intelligence, social collaboration, secure and private messaging, account management, affiliations management, real-time status tracking, document storage, reporting changes functionality, e-signatures, and much more. The solution leverages current technologies to improve the customer experience and realize organizational efficiencies.

PAVE Weekly Provider Q&A Webinars
Weekly question and answer sessions offer an opportunity for providers and provider representatives to engage directly with subject matter and technical experts. There is no planned training content during these sessions. The session length and content is dependent on the questions raised by participants. Urgent questions should be directed to the PAVE Help Desk at 1-866-252-1949. Registrations will grant access to all sessions. Feel free to attend as often as you like.
