Part 6: Submit for Review
Once all your items are created (your main page, meeting page, event, and file), the final step is submitting each one for OC Review.
1 . Go to the Content Hub
- Use the filters to quickly locate everything you just created:
- Use the Quick View button “My Content” or Filters & Search panel to filter by Status = Not Submitted.
- Or search by title.
- This gives you a clean list of all items that still need to be submitted.
2. Open Each Item (Recommended: Open in New Tabs)
For efficiency and so you don’t lose your place:
- Right‑click the Edit button on each item.
- Select Open link in new tab.
- Do this for:
- Your main page
- Your child page
- Your event
- Your file
- You will now have four tabs open—one for each item you need to submit.
3. Set Workflow Stage for Each Item
In each tab:
- In the Editorial Workflow, Change the Review Stage from Not Submitted to OC Review.
- Then Save.
4. Return to Content Hub and Verify
- Go back to the Content Hub tab.
- Click Refresh.
- Confirm that every item you intended to publish now shows:
- Status = OC Review
- If anything is still showing Not Submitted, reopen it and repeat the steps.
