Welcome to the Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) webpage.  The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is working toward the creation of a comprehensive section 1115 waiver.  This webpage provides important information regarding the SAC meetings as well as the work occurring in the DHCS Technical Workgroups.
