Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP)
Provides Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to Medi-Cal eligible individuals who are 65 years or older and disabled as an alternative to nursing facility placement. The MSSP waiver allows the individuals to remain safely in their homes.

Eligibility Requirements
- Medi-Cal individuals who, but for the provision of such services, would require the Nursing Facility (NF) level of care
- Aged 65 years and older
- Individuals shall only be enrolled in one HCBS waiver at any a time
- Individuals must reside in a county with an MSSP Site
