The work group will provide recommendations for how to integrate Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) in an organized system of care, including recommendations for Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) network adequacy standards and coordination of community resources. In particular, the group will consider issues around Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS), Multi-Purpose Senior Services Program (MSSP), and other HCBS waivers.
