The Pharmacy Drug Contracting Branch oversees the Contract Drugs List. PDCB reviews drugs for addition to the CDL by evaluating the drug’s efficacy, saftey, essential need, misuse potential, and cost. The branch negotiates supplemental rebates with the authority of the Federal Medicaid Rebate Program (MDRP).
