The Robert F. Kennedy Farm Workers Medical Plan (RFK Plan) is a self-funded medical plan for California farm workers and their families. State law requires DHCS to reimburse the RFK Plan up to $3,000,000 annually for expenses related to a single episode of care that exceeds $70,000 for any plan member.
