DHCS identified that the original Interim Reimbursement and Units of Service (IRUS) Reports for Fiscal Years  2006/07, 2007/08 and 2008/09 provided to LEAs contained erroneous “Units of Service” for initial treatment services.  This new summary report identifies the correct claim counts for LEA initial treatment services by LEA by date of service as of October 2010.  This report is for LEA informational purposes only.  DHCS will internally correct the claim counts for initial treatment services on Worksheets A-4 and/or B-4 for each LEA and Audits and investigations will make an audit adjustment during the reconciliation of each submitted CRCS form. 

To access your individual LEA’s corrected claim counts, you may use the filter function to filter by National Provider Identifier (NPI) or Legacy Provider Number.
1) Click on the down arrow in the right hand corner of the NPI or Legacy Provider Number cell. This will provide a list of all available NPIs or legacy provider numbers.
2) Uncheck “Select All” to deselect all LEAs.
3) Check the box next to your specific LEA NPI or legacy provider number. This will create a list of your LEA’s initial treatment service procedure code/modifier combinations with claim counts greater than zero.
