Expansion of School-Based Health Care
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Local Governmental Financing Division, is soliciting proposals from firms that are able to research, design, develop, implement, and manage a strategic plan focusing on outreach and engagement methodologies. This would be done in consultation with the California Department of Education (CDE), the executive director of the State Board of Education (SBE), and other stakeholders in order to successfully meet the needs of the Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) that participate in the LEA Billing Options Program (BOP). The goal of this contract is to bring awareness to the over 1,039 LEAs in California to the changes and opportunities in the LEA BOP.
