Listening Session

Through this California Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) Listening Session, hosted by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), participants:

  • Learned first-hand how BHCIP provides a unique opportunity to create new capacity within the BH facility infrastructure throughout California.
  • Heard how funding and when funding will be available for new infrastructure projects.
  • Learned that technical assistance (TA) will be available to develop infrastructure plans and implementation.
  • Had an opportunity to provide your insights, including written and verbal feedback, directly to DHCS on building BH facility infrastructure and discuss solutions that can play a part in making significant and lasting impact on the BH field.
