The following attachments are amendments to the California State Plan that were recently approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Stakeholders can update their copies by following the links and instructions attached to the documents.

• 26-0001 Updates the Current Dental Terminology (CDT) dental codes to align the CDT 2026 code set and updates the codes eligible for dental supplemental payment accordingly. (Approved on May 15, 2026)
• 26-0003 Proposes to disregard any increases in the total amount of resources determined available at an individual’s most recent Medicaid application until the individual’s first renewal that occurs on or after January 1, 2026. (Approved on June 24, 2026)
• 26-0012 Makes technical edits to the practitioner qualifications for behavioral health treatment services. (Approved on April 24, 2026)
• 26-0013 Makes technical edits to the durable medical equipment section of the State Plan to remove low, outdated monetary thresholds. (Approved on April 22, 2026)
