Legislation
Legislation requires that DHCS provide a Performance Outcomes System Plan, including milestones and timelines, and an update to the plan. The Performance Outcomes System Plan was submitted to the Legislature in November, 2013.
DHCS was also mandated to propose how to implement the Performance Outcomes System Plan which was submitted to the Legislature in January, 2014.
