Assuming Office/Initial Statements

Leaving Office Statements

Annual Statements
| Existing Annual Filers | Submit an originally signed Form 700 (The deadline is extended to the next business day if the date falls on a weekend) |
| Filers who filed Assuming Office Statement during the period of October 1 – December 31 of the prior year | Do not need to file an annual statement until April 1 of the next annual filing cycle (i.e., appointed October 31, 2015 – do not need to file annual statement until April 1, 2017. The annual statement will cover the day after you assumed office November 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015) |
The Statement of Economic Interests Form 700 is a public record and will be available to the public for seven years.
