歯科Medi-Calマネージドケアプランの移行
2025年7月から、サクラメント郡とロサンゼルス(LA)郡のデンタルマネージドケア(DMC)プランが変更されます。
サクラメント郡とロサンゼルス郡のメンバーは、2025年7月1日より、Health Net of California、Liberty Dental Plan of California、California Dental Network、またはdental Fee-For-Service(FFS)(ロサンゼルス郡のメンバーのみ)に登録するオプションがあります。
サクラメント郡では、Access Dental Planまたは歯科用FFSに登録されているメンバーは、利用可能なDMCプラン(Health Net of California、Liberty Dental Plan of California、またはCalifornia Dental Network)のいずれかに移行する必要があります。プランのメンバーと歯科用FFSの加入者は、新しいプランを選択するのに役立つ登録パケットを郵送で受け取ります。メンバーまたは現在のFFS加入者が6月20日までにプランを選択しない場合、2025;彼らのためにDMCプランが選択され、2025年7月1日に開始されます。

Members enrolled in the continuing plans, Health Net or Liberty, will not be impacted by this change. This change does not affect members’ Medi-Cal coverage or benefits. Members’ Medi-Cal coverage and benefits will stay the same even if their DMC plan changes. However, members will have different DMC plan options effective July 1, 2025 with the addition of the California Dental Network and discontinuation of Access Dental Plan, and can change plans if they choose by calling Medi-Cal Health Care Options at (800) 430-4263 (TTY: (800) 430-7077).
