Medi-Calの特典としてのDyadicサービス​​  

医療サービス省(DHCS)は、2023年1月1日より、給付金としてダイアドサービスを追加しました。ダイアディックサービスは、Medi-Calメンバーがフィー・フォー・サービス(FFS)およびマネージド・ケア・プラン(MCP)を通じて利用できます。​​ 

Dyadic services are a family and caregiver focused model of care intended to address developmental and behavioral health conditions of children and includes services provided to parent(s)/caregiver(s) (known as a “dyad”). Dyadic services help improve access to preventive care for children and rates of immunization completion. They also address coordination of care, child social-emotional health and safety, developmentally appropriate parenting, and maternal mental health. Dyadic services include the following:​​ 

  • 行動健康(DBH)訪問​​ 
  • コミュニティサポートサービスへのアクセス​​ 
  • 心理教育サービス​​ 
  • 子どもの発達のための家族研修とカウンセリング​​ 

子供(21歳未満のMedi-Calメンバー)とその親/介護者は、行動/社会/感情的なスクリーニング評価のためのBright Futures / American Academy of Pediatricsの定期的なスケジュールに従って配信され、医学的に必要な場合にDBH訪問の対象となります。 Dydicサービスは、21歳未満の子供とその親/介護者のための統合された身体的および行動的健康診断とサービスです。​​ 

Dydicサービスは、dyadicサービスが子供の直接的な利益のためである限り、子供(21歳未満のMedi-Calメンバー)の非Medi-Cal適格な親/介護者が利用できます。 親/介護者は、特定の評価、スクリーニング、カウンセリング、および家族のトレーニングやカウンセリングを含む簡単な介入サービスを受けることができます。​​ 

For Medi-Cal FFS members, questions regarding Medi-Cal’s dyadic services benefit should be directed to their treating health care provider.  Medi-Cal MCP members should talk to their treating health care provider or MCP to assist them in determining if dyadic services are appropriate. Members of Medi-Cal’s MCP include a point of contact for general information that can be found at Medi-Cal Managed Care Health Plan Directory. ​​
