メディケア処方薬
2003年、議会はメディケア処方薬・改善・近代化法に署名し、法律として成立しました。 この法律には、メディケアパートDと呼ばれる処方薬の給付が含まれています。この新しい法律により、2006年1月1日から、すべてのメディケア受給者が処方薬の補償を受けることができるようになりました。
あなたがMedi-Calに登録しており、メディケアも持っている場合、新しいメディケア処方薬の給付は、2006年1月1日から現在受け取っているMedi-Cal処方薬のほとんどに取って代わります。
