Specialty Mental Health Services are provided through managed care entities called Mental Health Plans under an approved 1915(b) waiver. The fee schedules posted below contain rates that DHCS reimburses Mental Health Plans for services rendered to Medi-Cal beneficiaries. Mental Health Plans negotiate rates with and reimburse individual network providers and are not required to reimburse network providers at the rates posted below. Rates are developed using a county-wide average of direct and indirect costs along with various other data sources.

Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System Services are provided through managed care entities called DMC-ODS Counties under an approved 1915(b) waiver. The fee schedules posted below contain rates that DHCS reimburses DMC-ODS Counties for services rendered to Medi-Cal beneficiaries. DMC-ODS Counties negotiate rates with and reimburse individual network providers and are not required to reimburse network providers at the rates posted below. Rates are developed using a county-wide average of direct and indirect costs along with various other data sources.

Drug Medi-Cal サービスは、DHCS と DMC-ODS 郡ではない郡との間の契約を通じて提供されます。 以下に掲載されている料金表には、DHCSがMedi-Calの受益者に提供されたサービスに対してDMC郡に払い戻す料金が含まれています。 DMC郡は、個々のプロバイダーと料金を交渉し、払い戻しを行っており、以下に記載されている料金でプロバイダーに払い戻しを行う必要はありません。 レートは、直接費と間接費の郡全体の平均と、他のさまざまなデータソースを使用して作成されます。
