2026년 8월 3에 보건의료서비스부(DHCS)는 아동 및 청소년 행동 건강 이니셔티브(CYBHI) 주 전체 다중 지불자 학교 연계 수수료 일정(수수료 일정) 프로그램 및 주 전체 공급자 네트워크에 참여하기 위한 지역 교육 기관(LEA) 및 공립 고등 교육 기관(IHE)을 위한 코호트 7 준비 신청서를 발표했습니다. 2027년 1월까지 CYBHI 수수료 일정 프로그램 참여를 희망하고 청구서 제출을 시작할 계획인 교육청(LEA) 및 고등교육기관(IHE)은 신청서를 제출하시기 바랍니다.

의료 종사자 대상 메디칼(Medi-Cal) 등록 정책 업데이트
1년 1월 2027 부터 CYBHI 수수료 일정 프로그램에서 보장하는 서비스를 제공하는 Medi-Cal FFS(Fee-for-Service) 등록 경로를 가진 모든 의료 종사자는 Medi-Cal FFS에 제공자로 별도로 등록해야 합니다. Overview of the CYBHI Fee Schedule program
As part of the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI), the California Department of Health Care Services launched the CYBHI Fee Schedule program, a first-of-its kind effort to make it easier for students and families to get outpatient mental health and substance use disorder support when, where, and how they need it. This program creates a sustainable reimbursement pathway for Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) and public institutions of higher education (IHEs) to receive funding for services rendered at a school or school-linked site. The program sets the reimbursement rate for a certain set of outpatient, school-linked services rendered to children and youth who are:
- 만 26세 미만,

Children, youth, and families will not pay out-of-pocket expenses and there will not be any impact to their existing insurance plan nor deductibles.

DHCS is now providing monthly updates on claims activity for the CYBHI Fee Schedule program. Below are the latest submission and reimbursement figures as of August 3, 2026:
- 235 LEAs/IHEs (including 13 school-linked providers) have submitted claims.
- 626,524 claims have been reimbursed, totaling $19.03 million in new revenue for LEAs and IHEs.
- 70,171 unique students have received services submitted for reimbursement.
