다음은 검토를 위해 메디케어 및 메디케이드 서비스 센터(CMS)에 제출되어 현재 승인 대기 중인 주 플랜 수정안(SPA)에 대한 링크입니다. 이러한 SPA는 제출되었지만 아직 승인되지 않았습니다. 최종 버전은 크게 변경될 수 있습니다.
- 21-0033 Proposes to continue to provide supplemental payments under the Family Planning, Access, Care and Treatment (Family PACT) program for Evaluation and Management (E&M) office visits rendered for the purpose of comprehensive family planning services.

- 21-0038 Proposes to allow supplemental reimbursement to hospitals up to the aggregate upper payment limit without supplanting specified existing levels of payments for the provision of inpatient services to Medicaid beneficiaries.

21-0039 메디케이드 수혜자에게 외래 환자 서비스를 제공할 때 기존의 특정 지불 수준을 대체하지 않고 총 지불 상한액까지 병원에 추가 상환을 허용할 것을 제안합니다.
