다음은 검토를 위해 메디케어 및 메디케이드 서비스 센터(CMS)에 제출되어 현재 승인 대기 중인 주 플랜 수정안(SPA)에 대한 링크입니다. 이러한 SPA는 제출되었지만 아직 승인되지 않았습니다. 최종 버전은 크게 변경될 수 있습니다.
- 24-0003 Proposes to specify the settings where inpatient psychiatric services for beneficiaries under 21 years of age (referred to as the “psych under 21 benefit”) can be provided, which include Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities.
- 24-0033 대체 지불 방법론을 추가하고 시행할 것을 제안하여 참여 FQHC에 한도액 기준으로 환급을 제공할 것을 제안합니다.
- 24-0034 산전 선별 검사 프로그램 및 신생아 선별 검사 프로그램에 대한 환급률을 인상할 것을 제안합니다.
- 24-0045 비병원 340-B 클리닉에 대해 12월 31, 2024까지 추가 지급 풀을 연장할 것을 제안합니다.
- 24-0047 커뮤니티 기반 모바일 위기 개입 회의에 대한 환급을 제안합니다.
