음주운전 프로그램 수수료
라이선스 및 인증 부서(LCD)는 이제 자동 청산소(ACH) 네트워크를 통해 처리되는 전자 자금 이체를 이용한 온라인 결제를 허용합니다. 전자 방식으로 수수료를 지불하려는 의료기관은 캘리포니아주 의료 서비스국 내에 제공된 지침을 따를 수 있습니다:
EFT 온라인 포털아래는 데이터 디렉토리 및 DUI 프로그램 수수료 스프레드시트에 대한 링크입니다. 이 정보에는 스프레드시트에 사용된 용어집과 캘리포니아에서 허가된 모든 음주운전 프로그램 목록, 승인된 음주운전 프로그램 및 부대 수수료가 포함되어 있습니다. 음주운전 프로그램은 스프레드시트에 기재된 프로그램 및 부대 비용만 청구할 수 있습니다. 타이틀 9, 섹션 9878에 따라 이러한 수수료의 변경은 먼저 DHCS의 승인을 받아야 합니다.
재무 평가
A participant or potential participant may request any licensed DUI program to conduct a financial assessment to determine his/her ability to pay the listed program fee. DUI programs may not require participants to first enroll into the program in order to receive a financial assessment. Based on the results of the financial assessment, participants may be eligible to pay a maximum fee of $5 per month, or qualify for a reduced program fee or an extended payment plan. Financial assessments must be completed within five days of request by the participant or DUI program, but not more frequently than every 30 days. Participants may request DHCS to review a financial assessment conducted by the DUI program to determine compliance in accordance with Title 9, Section 9879.
