전국 둘라 학습 및 행동 협력체

On February 27, René Mollow, MSN, RN, Deputy Director of Health Care Benefits and Eligibility, represented DHCS as a member of the National Advisory Committee for the planning phase of the Institute for Medicaid Innovation’s (IMI) new project, the National Doula Learning and Action Collaborative. She was invited to participate following her involvement in last year’s IMI learning series about doulas and perinatal community health workers. Through her participation, Medi-Cal’s work has been a great example for programs across the country to follow.

The planning phase for this learning collaborative, funded by the Pritzker Children’s Initiative, will launch an intensive three-year national learning collaborative that will provide structured support, resources, and guidance for state-based teams to increase access to and coverage of doula services for birthing people of color with Medicaid coverage.

향상된 케어 관리(ECM) 업데이트 정책 가이드

DHCS는 2월에 업데이트된 ECM 정책 가이드를 발표했습니다. 이 버전에는 ECM 및 카운티 기반 대상 사례 관리의 이중 등록에 대한 업데이트된 정책, 2023년 말에 ECM을 받도록 승인된 비독점 등록 이중 적격 특수 필요 플랜에 가입한 Medi-Cal 매니지 케어 플랜(MCP) 가입자의 치료 정책 연속성 변경 사항이 포함되어 있습니다; 2023년 10월 CalAIM 법무부 관련 재진입 이니셔티브 계획 및 실행을 위한 정책 및 운영 가이드, 그리고 MCP가 제공자에게 ECM 및 커뮤니티 지원 의료 공통 절차 코딩 시스템 코딩 지침에 포함된 것 이외의 ECM 및 커뮤니티 지원 서비스에 대한 코드 또는 수정 사항을 보고하도록 요구하거나 허용하지 않을 수 있음을 명확히 하는 요건입니다. 

코로나19 백신 인센티브 프로그램 평가 보고서

2월 26일, DHCS는 8월 29, 2021 부터 3월 6, 2022 까지의 프로그램 기간을 다루는 COVID-19 백신 인센티브 프로그램 평가 보고서를 게시했습니다. 이 보고서는 10가지 결과 지표에 걸쳐 주 전체 및 MCP별로 메디칼 회원의 코로나19 백신 접종률 변화를 보여줍니다. 코로나19 백신 접종 장려 프로그램은 3억 5천만 달러 규모의 장려금 지급 프로그램으로, 의료보험조합(MCP)은 소속 회원들의 백신 접종률을 높이기 위한 활동에 대해 장려금을 받을 수 있었습니다. 캘리포니아의 25개 MCP 모두가 참여했습니다.

CalAIM 액세스 제공 및 건강 혁신(PATH) 기술 지원(TA) 마켓플레이스 가상 공급업체 박람회 

On March 12, from 9 to 10:30 a.m., DHCS will host a virtual California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) PATH TA Marketplace Vendor Fair that will feature presentations from vendors providing services in Domain 4 of the PATH TA Marketplace: “Strengthening Care for ECM Populations of Focus.”

TA 벤더 박람회는 벤더들이 잠재적인 TA 수혜자들에게 자신들의 조직과 서비스를 소개하고 TA 마켓플레이스 활용을 장려할 수 있는 기회입니다. TA 수혜자 및 TA 마켓플레이스에 대해 더 자세히 알아보고 무료 서비스 신청 방법을 배우고자 하는 기관은 모두 참석을 권장합니다. PATH TA 마켓플레이스를 방문하여 등록하고 향후 벤더 페어에 대한 자세한 정보를 확인하세요.

어린이 보청기 보장 프로그램(HACCP) 웨비나

3월 13일 오전 11시부터 12시까지, DHCS는 HACCP 웹 세미나(사전 등록 필수)를 개최하여 가족 및 지역사회 파트너에게 보청기 지원 신청 방법과 등록 후 HACCP 혜택을 극대화하는 방법에 대한 지침을 제공할 예정입니다. DHCS는 HACCP 프로그램에 관심 있는 가족, 현재 참여 중인 가족, 그리고 지역사회 파트너 여러분을 이 웨비나에 초대합니다. 이번 웨비나에서는 프로그램 업데이트, 유용한 정보, 그리고 질의응답 시간을 제공합니다. 더 자세한 정보를 원하시면 HACCP 웹페이지를 방문하십시오.

CalAIM 행동 건강 워크그룹

On March 15 at 10 a.m., DHCS will hold the virtual CalAIM Behavioral Health Workgroup to provide updates on the Recovery Incentives Program and the California Behavioral Health Community-Based Organized Networks of Equitable Care and Treatment (BH-CONNECT). Workgroup members can provide feedback on implementation and operational considerations. The meeting is open to members of the public, who may comment at the end of the meeting.
