클리닉 고용주를 위한 결제 발행 프로세스

지급 내역 보고서 및/또는 수령 금액에 대해 궁금한 점이 있는 적격 클리닉 고용주는 DHCS에 이메일(cwsrp@dhcs.ca.gov)로 문의할 수 있습니다. 이전 제출물을 수정하기 위한 모든 추가 신청은 23년 2023월 일까지 접수해야 합니다. 결제 관련 질문의 예로는 다음과 같은 것들이 있습니다:

• 적격 직원 수 및 승인된 자금 수령액이 신청서 제출 내용과 다르며 DHCS에서 제공한 이유도 없습니다.

• 고용주 신청이 거부되었으며 고용주가 적시에 다시 제출하지 않았습니다.

• 고용주가 이전 제출에서 자격을 갖춘 직원을 실수로 제외했습니다.
  

직원을 위한 결제 분쟁/발급 절차

If an employee believes they should have received a Clinic Workforce Stabilization Retention Payment or that the amount of the retention payment should have been higher, the employee, or a representative from their union, must first write to their employer to request a review. The employer has 30 days to review. If the employer does not correct the issue within 30 days, the employee can then file a claim with the Labor Commissioner’s Office.
