Drug Medi-Cal providers are required to submit their individual and/or clinic applications via Provider Application and Validation for Enrollment (PAVE). Continued certification requires submission of the complete application and supporting documentation electronically via Provider Application and Validation for Enrollment (PAVE). Re-certification is required following relocation of a clinic or satellite site, to add services or funding and/or to apply for DMC certification following a change of ownership.
